Axon in Atlanta seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager I - Enterprise to lead complex, enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic Enterprise customers. You will partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear execution plans and successful outcomes.

You bring 10+ years of experience in enterprise program leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled platforms, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong program management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to drive aligned execution.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers from planning through deployment and adoption.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously, maintaining control over scope, timeline, dependencies and risk.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into executable delivery plans with product and engineering.
• Serve as a trusted program lead for customers and internal stakeholders with calm leadership in high-stakes situations.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners.
