Job summary

Estateably inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager on our Enterprise team to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP implementations, from discovery through handover. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, and act as the trusted senior partner to client executives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and governance, and deliver executive-level reporting and communications to steering committees and C-level sponsors.

Qualifications

• Lead large-scale ERP implementation projects from discovery to handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multi-team efforts.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for large ERP projects.
• Manage onboarding lifecycle from discovery to UAT and handover.
• Serve as senior point of contact for executives and sponsors.
• Prepare executive updates and steering committee briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets and forecasting.
• Support presales with scoping and SOWs.
