Acuative is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across complex organizations, building relationships from scratch and closing multi-million-dollar managed IT and network services deals. You will own end-to-end sales, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing, with strong cross-functional support and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 10–12 years of enterprise technology sales, meeting revenue targets.
• Deal Management: Full-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Executive Presence: Transformational leadership with exec-level comms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end net-new revenue and, where applicable, cross-sell into existing accounts.
• Develop market strategies and plan to drive growth and ROI.
• Build long-term client relationships, articulate value and ROI to executives.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, and PMOs on proposals.
• Lead generation: maintain a healthy funnel of net-new opportunities.
• Negotiate and close multi-stakeholder deals to meet quota.
