You will guide strategy, align with C-suite, and drive executive support across the engagement. These leaders will manage delivery for Salesforce's largest enterprise customers, develop KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure value, speed, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams or large programs.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with executive-level partner engagement.
• Track record in delivering large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Vision for client success with rapid execution and trust-building abilities.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs for enterprise customers, setting strategy and executive alignment.
• Partner with account teams to ensure unified Salesforce execution across stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs to measure value, return on investment, and project success.
• Drive delivery, manage interdependencies, and mitigate program risk.
• Coach client executives and coordinate multi-workstream activities.
• Lead the program and PM group, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
