Job summary

McKesson is actively seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead for USPD to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, Health, and related clouds. You’ll translate business requirements into executable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, security, and timely delivery aligned to the enterprise roadmap.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and proven executive accountability for large-scale Salesforce initiatives, with strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of diversified program leadership.
• Executive accountability for enterprise-scale Salesforce programs spanning multiple orgs and geographies.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise delivery models.
• Strong financial and portfolio management with multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for assigned Salesforce programs across multiple platform domains.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional delivery team including developers, analysts, QA, and vendors.
• Translate roadmaps and requirements into executable delivery plans with scope, capacity, and sprint commitments.
• Ensure designs meet enterprise security and scalability standards across Salesforce clouds.
• Drive sprint and release execution with backlog grooming, velocity tracking, and go-live coordination.
