Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to orchestrate enterprise-scale engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods.

You will partner with executives to define strategy, KPIs, and value realization, guiding PMs and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires 7+ years in program management, 5+ years Salesforce experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive outcomes with speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams and/or large enterprise-scale program management experience.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform
• A passion for Salesforce values and the delivery organization’s role in success
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Track record of leading large, complex programs with measurable business impact
• Vision for the customer and rapid execution velocity
• Ability to build trust and relationships and to influence without authority
• Ability to accelerate momentum on programs and sustain it
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform to influence strategic discussions at management level

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements across target industries.
• Guide strategy, align executives, and define KPIs for value realization.
• Manage project execution and outcomes, coordinating PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with account teams to ensure One Salesforce alignment and customer success.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive program governance and communications.
