Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Program Delivery Leads to guide complex professional services engagements for marquee customers across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods. You will influence executives, shape strategy, and align delivery across multiple teams to maximize business value.

Responsibilities include leading programs, establishing KPIs, and partnering with Sales, Success, and sponsors to drive outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams or large enterprise programs.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Track record of delivering large, complex programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to influence without positional authority and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs within Salesforce’s largest enterprise customers across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods.
• Define and drive program strategy, KPIs, and delivery roadmap with executive alignment.
• Manage project execution to achieve value, benefits, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified, One Salesforce approach.
• Identify and manage risks and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
