Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Director (Manufacturing) to lead our most complex professional services engagements with executive-level alignment. You will define strategy, KPIs, and a delivery roadmap that accelerates time to value for enterprise customers.

You will partner across Sales, Success, and Sponsors to ensure a unified, One Salesforce approach while coaching PMs and driving program risk management and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in multi-workstream or enterprise programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lead large programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex professional services engagements for enterprise customers.
• Develop strategy and KPIs with executive stakeholders.
• Guide delivery and ensure value realization of initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, success, and sponsors to align teams.
• Identify risks and manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Mentor PMs and lead multiple teams under the program.
