You will lead programs for Salesforce’s largest enterprise customers, shaping strategy, guiding the C-suite, and aligning stakeholders on outcomes. Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams or large enterprise programs.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Vision for the customer with fast execution and momentum.
• Ability to influence without positional authority.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge to inform strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers to deliver business value.
• Coordinate with internal account teams to align as ‘One Salesforce’.
• Drive engagement and strategy across multi-cloud platforms.
• Build strategic delivery roadmaps aligned to customer priorities.
• Offer recommendations with direct impact on P&L and outcomes.
• Coach and partner with customer executives.
• Lead the program and PMs, manage interdependencies across workstreams.
• Identify and manage program risks.
