Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Program Delivery Lead to manage complex professional services engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods. You will guide the c-suite, align objectives, and shape KPIs to measure engagement value.

As a leader of the program and PMs, you will collaborate with Account teams and executive sponsors to drive outcomes, accelerate value, and ensure client success while upholding Salesforce's core values.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading large programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise programs for customers and guide executive alignment.
• Develop KPIs to measure value and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Success, Sponsors) to deliver results.
• Identify risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coach customer executives and stakeholders in program delivery.
