Job summary

Brightflag is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end deployments for large enterprise customers. You will guide customers through complex configurations, data migration, and integrations, working with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive adoption.

You’ll manage multiple projects, prioritize risks, and communicate clearly with legal operations and technical stakeholders. The role is remote on the West Coast US and offers a competitive compensation package with

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and risk management across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex structures.
• Act as the customer's trusted guide through implementation with stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously and manage risks and timelines.
• Translate business and technical requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure the Brightflag platform for enterprise scale including workflows and security.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations.
• Partner with Customer Success to define success metrics and long-term relationships.
• Ensure needs are met during implementation and positioned for growth and adoption.
