Job summary

Wolters Kluwer’s Brightflag division seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant for our Professional Services team. This fully remote role on the West Coast US drives end-to-end implementations for large, complex legal organisations and configures Brightflag to meet enterprise scale.

You’ll guide data migrations and partner with customers through substantive operational change. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver beyond go-live, shaping long-term customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data ETL, migrations, SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers and ensure on-time go-lives.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations with risk and timeline management.
• Translate business needs into a clear implementation plan and configure the platform accordingly.
• Develop data migration strategies and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
