Job summary

Brightflag, part of Wolters Kluwer’s enterprise legal management platform, seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead a growing team on the East Coast. You will coach a team, run regular 1:1s, and own career development while ensuring balanced workloads and scalable processes.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Operations to improve playbooks, drive customer satisfaction, and support hiring/onboarding for fast ramp-ups in a remote or NY-hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years, with significant people management experience.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to design and implement methodologies and processes at scale.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a growing team of Implementation Consultants, coaching and people management.
• Conducts regular 1:1s and owns career planning for each team member.
• Manages performance with empathy and clarity, balancing workloads.
• Tracks and reports key implementation metrics to monitor effectiveness.
• Oversees adherence to implementation methodology and customer engagement best practices.
• Promotes collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Supports hiring by participating in interviews and assessing candidate fit.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to support operational improvements.
