Job summary

Brightflag is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations for large, complex enterprise clients. You will work across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver beyond go-live outcomes and sustain customer health in a fast-growing US market.

You will own data migration strategies, configure the Brightflag platform for scale, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning requirements with business goals and security needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex structures and high volumes, ensuring go-live on time.
• Act as the customer's trusted guide throughout implementation, engaging with legal ops leaders, GC, and tech stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations, manage priorities, risks, and escalations against timelines.
