Job summary

Brightflag is the AI-powered legal spend management platform. As a Lead Implementation Consultant on our Professional Services team, you will own end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers, configuring the Brightflag platform, driving data migration strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to legal operations leaders and technical stakeholders.

You will work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver implementations that go beyond go-live and establish long-term

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.
Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
Excellent project management skills, including expertise in planning and risk management across multiple simultaneous projects.
Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex organizational structures, multi-entity requirements, and high volumes of matters and spend, ensuring they go live on time and in line with expectations.
