Job summary

Brightflag, the AI-powered legal spend platform, seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to own enterprise deployments. You will configure the platform, define data migrations, and guide customers through complex requirements across large-scale matters and spend.

You’ll work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver beyond go-live and drive long-term customer health, in a fully remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks and APIs (SQL, RESTful APIs, OAuth).
• Excellent project management skills across multiple projects with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers, ensuring on-time go-lives.
• Act as trusted guide to customers, building confidence with legal ops leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple implementations concurrently, manage priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear implementation plan and configuration.
• Develop data migration strategies and coordinate with internal resources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations.
