Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and APIs (SQL, RESTful, OAuth).
• Excellent project management skills across multiple projects with risks and timelines.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers and ensure on-time go-lives.
• Act as trusted guide to customers throughout implementation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations, managing priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, sequenced implementation plans.
• Configure the Brightflag platform for enterprise scale, including workflows and security.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requests and integrations.
• Define success with Customer Success Manager and build long-term relationships.
• Ensure enterprise needs are met during implementation for ongoing growth.
