Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Day 1, foundational Professional Services practitioner to design and lead complex enterprise deployments. You will craft repeatable implementation methodologies, document project plans, and develop SOPs guiding the PS practice at scale.

Collaborating with Sales, Product and IT/SecOps, you’ll manage scope, run UAT, and drive standardization across global deployments, while shaping the PS playbook and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• Expertise in GRC is highly desirable and PSA tools familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: design and document repeatable implementation methodologies and SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own complex deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
• Technical Integration: develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities and design data mappings across third-party systems.
• Process Re-engineering: translate client needs into actionable specs and redesign workflows for automation.
• Stakeholder Leadership: build trust with IT/SecOps and executive sponsors; align PS with Sales and Product roadmap.
