UpGuard is building a brand-new Professional Services function. We’re seeking an experienced practitioner to author repeatable implementation methodologies and lead complex enterprise deployments from Day 1.

You’ll define SOPs, manage scope, and partner with Leadership to scale our global PS team across client projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations, strong solution architecture experience, and a proven ability to align executive stakeholders, drive adoption, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large‑scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• Expertise in GRC is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: Own complex deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: Develop deep expertise in UpGuard's capabilities, design integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Process Re-engineering & Translation: Translate client needs into actionable technical specs and redesign vendor risk workflows.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Align IT/SecOps and executives, feed insights to roadmap.
