Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Day-1 foundational Professional Services specialist to lead complex enterprise deployments and write scalable SOPs. You’ll shape implementation methodologies, manage client expectations, and drive successful UAT to transition projects to Customer Success.

You will build deep platform expertise, design integrations with REST APIs and third-party systems, and translate client needs into actionable specifications while collaborating across PS, Sales, and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• GRC expertise is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: Own complex deployments end-to-end; manage scope and lead UAT for a smooth handoff to Customer Success.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of UpGuard capabilities; design and troubleshoot integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
• Process Re-engineering & Translation: Translate client needs into actionable specs; redesign vendor risk workflows to leverage UpGuard automation.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build trust with IT/SecOps and CISOs; connect PS, Sales and Product.
