Job summary

UpGuard is launching a brand-new Professional Services function as a Day 1 foundational hire, building repeatable implementation playbooks, SOPs, and scalable delivery for large enterprises. You will lead complex deployments while collaborating with leadership to standardize processes across global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations, strong PSA tooling experience, and the ability to drive adoption and best practices with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation or solutions architecture role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) required.
• GRC knowledge is highly desirable.
• Consultative authority and ability to guide customers toward best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: design repeatable methodologies, project plans, SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own deployments end-to-end; manage expectations; lead UAT.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: master UpGuard capabilities; design complex integrations (REST, webhooks).
• Process Re-engineering & Translation: convert client needs into actionable specs; improve risk workflows.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: liaise with IT, security, and executives; feed field insights to roadmap.
