Job summary

Levelpath is seeking an Implementation Consultant to scale our platform and deliver value to customers from day one. You’ll support pre-sales, onboarding, and the implementation process, helping customers realise value early.

In this role you will build strong relationships with customers, drive adoption metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering. Occasional travel and a focus on customer success are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including in customer-facing roles such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
• Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and onboarding of Levelpath for customers.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and demos with account executives.
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation for customers.
