Job summary
Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead high-touch onboarding for enterprise restaurant groups, partnering with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to design tailored plans that address complex workflows and integrations.
You will mentor junior specialists, deliver expert training, drive adoption, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while continuously improving playbooks and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation.
- Experience managing complex, high-touch implementations with proven project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption.
- Deliver expert-level training (virtual or onsite) that drives end-user adoption.
- Mentor and coach junior Implementation Specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support.
- Proactively manage risk and keep projects on track.
