Job summary

Levelpath, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to scale the platform and deliver value from day one. You will support pre-sales with demos, manage onboarding, and drive ongoing customer value.

This full-time role focuses on enterprise accounts, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to ensure customer success and adoption across go‑live and post‑go‑live phases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting)
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build deep, lasting relationships with existing and future customers
• Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to customers
• Plan, build, optimize, and scale processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for enterprise accounts
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation for customers
• Identify champions and build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
• Drive new solution offerings with the sales team
• Collaborate with product & engineering to bring new products to market
• Represent the voice of customers in product asks
• Drive customer health via adoption metrics
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product feedback for development
