Job summary

Paperless Parts seeks a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS deployments and guide manufacturers through digital transformations, aligning operations with the platform. You will act as a consultative partner across customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires navigating change with executive sponsors, managing multi-stream timelines, and traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software deployments in customer-facing SaaS.
• Ability to navigate change with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Master complex software features and translate business logic into configurations.
• Experience managing multi-stream timelines, risk frameworks, and budgets.
• Based in Boston, MA with 3 days on-site and travel 1–3 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive status reviews, strategic meetings, and real-time issue resolution.
• Balance implementation timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget.
• Lead end-user training programs and workshops for enterprise customer teams.
• Address scope creep and establish clear customer boundaries.
• Translate customer requirements into platform configurations for long-term value.
• Assess project health metrics to identify delivery risks and mitigation.
• Identify deployment gaps and create scalable workflow enhancements.
