Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant who will lead deployment projects for large enterprise customers and ensure successful adoption of our IoT platform. You will manage relationships from onboarding to renewal, closely coordinating with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

You will guide executives and end users through product capabilities, deliver training, and drive value realization in diverse industries such as transportation, utilities, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Proven experience with end-to-end system implementations and enterprise SaaS.
• Strong communication with executives and day-to-day users.
• PMP Certification and a bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with complex customer bases and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide enterprise customers to adopt Samsara products and maximize business value.
• Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to enable deployments.
• Lead deployment planning, track progress, and ensure timely value realization.
• Conduct training sessions and explain Samsara technology to diverse stakeholders.
• Roll out launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and adoption.
