Job summary

Uptick is seeking a systematic Implementation Manager for SMB and Enterprise clients in the US. You will guide onboarding from sales handover, to data, configuration and training, reporting into the Implementation Lead, NA.

This early-stage role offers growth through decisive problem solving and effective communication. Responsibilities include hands-on client data configuration, training delivery, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• SaaS implementation or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Highly organized, data-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for SMB and Enterprise clients from sales handover to completion.
• Configure client data to the defined scope and deliver training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other teams across time zones.
• Track, report, and communicate client implementation status.
