Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Day 1 Professional Services leader to design scalable deployment methodologies and SOPs. You will own complex enterprise deployments, manage client expectations, and guide UAT to a smooth transition to Customer Success.

The role requires 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation or professional services, with strong PSA tool experience and a consultative, stakeholder-focused approach. This is a fully remote role supporting global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
• GRC experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: Own complex deployments end-to-end; manage client expectations; lead UAT.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: Develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities; design integrations via REST, webhooks, and third-party systems.
• Process Re-Engineering & Translation: Translate client needs into actionable specs; redesign workflows for automation.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build trust with IT/SecOps and executives; align PS with Sales and Product.
