Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Day 1 foundational member for its new Professional Services function. You will lead complex enterprise deployments, write SOPs, and work with leadership to scale the PS organization globally.

You will design repeatable methodologies, own scope management, and translate client needs into actionable technical specs leveraging UpGuard's platform. Remote-friendly, with emphasis on cross-functional leadership and measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation or professional services role.
Experience delivering complex enterprise deployments for large organizations (5,000+ employees).
GRC familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

Foundational Practice Building: Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: Own complex deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: Develop deep expertise in UpGuard's capabilities; design and troubleshoot integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
Process Re-engineering & Translation: Translate client needs into actionable specs and redesign workflow.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build trust with IT/SecOps and executives; feed insights to roadmap.
