Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Day 1 Professional Services leader to shape and scale our new PS function. You will own complex enterprise deployments and work with leadership to write scalable SOPs and playbooks.

You will collaborate across PS, Sales, and Product to drive adoption, standardize processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for large customers. This role is fully remote with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• GRC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs based on frontline experience.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own complex deployments end-to-end, manage expectations and prevent scope creep, lead UAT for seamless transition to Customer Success.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: develop deep expertise in UpGuard capabilities, design and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems (ITSM, SIEM, SSO).
• Process Re-engineering & Translation: translate ambiguous client needs into actionable technical specs and redesign workflows to leverage UpGuard automation.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: build trust with IT/SecOps and CISOs, connect PS with Sales and Product to feed field insights.
