Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Day 1 foundational professional services hire to design and scale our enterprise deployment playbook. You will lead complex deployments, build SOPs, and collaborate with leadership to create scalable operating procedures for a global PS team.

You will work closely with Sales, Product and IT/SecOps to translate client needs into actionable technical specs and drive successful adoption of UpGuard's platform across large organisations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture or professional services role.
• Experience consulting with large-scale organisations (5,000+ employees) is required.
• GRC experience is highly desirable.
• PMO/PSA tools familiarity (Rocketlane, Certinia, Productive) is a plus.
• Strong consultative authority and ability to guide customers toward best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Practice Building: design repeatable methodologies, project plans and SOPs.
• Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own deployments end-to-end; manage scope and drive UAT.
• Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: mastery of UpGuard capabilities; integrate with ITSM, SIEM, SSO via APIs and webhooks.
• Process Re-Engineering & Translation: turn client needs into actionable specs; modernize risk workflows.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: align PS with Sales and Product; feed field insights to roadmap.
