Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across 60-70 Enterprise accounts from a remote US location. You will translate CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform into measurable security outcomes for executives and line-of-business leaders.

You’ll own account strategy, negotiate deals, and collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Engineering to align capabilities with customer needs. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS domains.
• 1+ year field sales, with net-new account hunting.
• Proven experience building senior-level relationships.
• Ability to convey complex tech concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with target account or solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategy to close new business and grow revenue.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed quotas.
• Access decision makers in key prospect accounts.
• Maintain relationships with CIO/CSO level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and others to drive engagement.
• Leverage partners to expand account presence.
• Capture and manage prospect data in Salesforce.com.
