Job summary

2501 is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with the largest enterprise accounts. You will drive adoption of 2501 agents in complex infrastructure environments, working across product and engineering teams to align on outcomes.

You must be fluent in French and English with the right to work in France, and comfortable collaborating with SRE and platform teams. This remote EU role offers equity and the chance to ship impact with a small, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
• Technical enough to talk with SRE and platform teams.
• Bilingual French & English with right to work in France.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationships with largest enterprise accounts.

• Bridge business and technical teams to reduce churn and inform roadmap.
