You will analyze usage, build senior-level partnerships, and act as a strategic partner across AI products with high autonomy. This is a fully remote position across Europe with ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in SaaS.
• Proven value delivery with technical or mission-critical products.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Opportunity to work on AI products with high autonomy.

Responsibilities
