Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling complex products to enterprise organizations.
• Experience selling to senior executives and C-level buyers.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• History of creating pipeline via outbound and strategic selling.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
• Builder mentality with comfort in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level decision makers.
• Develop strategic account plans and generate your own pipeline.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles.
• Identify high-value use cases and translate them into business outcomes.
• Partner directly with founders, product and engineering teams.
• Help shape messaging, ICP, pricing and GTM strategy.
• Turn early customer wins into repeatable sales motions.
