Job summary

Baseten in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will recruit, hire, and ramp a high-growth team, and close multi-million dollar deals by guiding reps through complex buying committees.

You’ll drive consultative selling and shape the territory GTM with cross-functional partners, staying close to product and security requirements. This is a remote-first role with senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams.
Ability to coach reps through multi-stakeholder cycles.
Track record closing large, complex deals.
Strong consultative selling and AI/tech insight expected.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and ramp a team of Enterprise sellers.
Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles and close multi-million deals.
Partner on go-to-market strategy for territory and verticals.
Operate as player-coach; carry deals while team scales.
Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and legal to shape roadmap.
