Job summary

Toptal in the United States seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth within our AI Solutions business. You will identify, pursue, and close opportunities with enterprise clients, creating tailored AI solutions that move organizations from strategy to production.

You will build and own a book of business, forge C-suite relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This remote role requires strong hunter instincts, the ability to work across multiple AI capabilities, and

Qualifications

Extensive experience in enterprise technology, AI software, professional services, or consulting sales.
Demonstrated success building a book of business from the ground up.
Experience selling enterprise AI solutions and mindshare with C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to manage a $5M+ annualized gross portfolio and close $250K–$1M+ deals.

Responsibilities

Own and build a portfolio of enterprise AI accounts with direct accountability for new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new opportunities in partnership with SDRs.
Define and execute account strategy, lead AI solution development, and drive multi-year growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI solutions across strategy, platforms, and services.
Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast with executive-level credibility.
