Pegasystems is seeking a senior Client Executive to drive enterprise software sales in our Financial Services accounts. You will lead the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close, advising C-level executives and translating business challenges into measurable outcomes.

In this role you will build executive relationships, hunt new buying centers, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape GTM strategy and product evolution in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow or platform sales.
• Proven success leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proven success hunting and prospecting into large Financial Services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team across the enterprise sales cycle.
• Open new buying centers via proactive hunting across a highly complex, enterprise FS organization, adapt and own deal strategy end to end.
• Translate client challenges into market insight that inform Pega’s GTM and product evolution.
