Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior AE – Enterprise to lead data, analytics, and AI adoption across Fortune 1000 organizations. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close and expand existing accounts while partnering with ecosystems to deliver transformative data solutions.

Responsibilities include building a strong regional pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and negotiating win‑win deals.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing large accounts and delivering net new business in enterprise software sales.
Background selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms.
Proven success closing complex, high‑value deals and exceeding quota.
Strong territory planning and pipeline execution skills across direct and partner channels.
Established relationships within Fortune 1000 enterprises and partner ecosystems.
Willingness to travel.

Develop and maintain a strong regional opportunity pipeline
Drive consistent revenue attainment aligned with growth goals
Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing Fortune 1000 accounts across a large region
Partner with channel and ecosystem stakeholders to advance and close deals
Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from initial outreach through close
Align complex customer needs with data, analytics, and AI solutions to ensure long‑term satisfaction
Represent the organization at targeted enterprise and industry events
