Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Senior Account Manager for a remote-first role in the United States. You will own the full commercial relationship for 25–50 enterprise accounts (2,000–10,000 employees), ensuring value, expansion, and renewals across ElevenLabs' AI-native product suite.

You’ll partner with executives, drive cross-sell, and manage net revenue retention. The compensation plan offers 70% base and 30% variable, with quarterly payout and accelerators for above-target performance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML.
• Own revenue outcomes end to end at the enterprise level - quota, retention, and expansion.
• Navigate deals where champion and economic buyer aren’t aligned.
• Hold a technical conversation with developers/engineering teams; familiarity with AI concepts, APIs, and SDKs.
• Use product data to spot health signals, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate churn.
• Present to C-suite, troubleshoot with engineering, and close with procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25–50 enterprise accounts with high-value AI-native experiences.
• Develop executive relationships, success plans, and expansion motions.
• Advise on agent design, voice customization, and integrations with customers.
