Job summary

Elevenlabs, a remote-first AI research and product company, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with Fortune 500 and large enterprises across the United States.

You will partner with success and Solutions Engineering to translate our AI voice technology into business value, expanding presence in healthcare, government, and finance while aligning with client needs and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes.
• Experience selling to product and engineering leaders; translate tech to business value.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite and board-level relationship skills.
• Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment with fast iteration.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and its transformative potential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI.
• Identify new opportunities where AI capabilities drive engagement, automation, or cost savings.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI voice tech and how it unlocks value in support, agents, and apps.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence in key enterprise verticals (healthcare, government, finance).
• Collaborate with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor educating clients on generative AI and voice interfaces.
