ElevenLabs is seeking a high-ambition Account Manager/Customer Success leader to own a book of 50–100 mid-market accounts across the United States. You will drive value, expansion, and renewals, partnering with founders and product teams to shape AI-native experiences.

A high-agency, high-impact role with cross-functional collaboration awaits. In this remote-first position, you’ll advise on agent design, voice customization, and data-driven health signals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
• Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes end to end - quota, renewals, and expansion.
• Commercially minded: segment by expansion potential and land with economic buyers.
• Able to hold technical conversations with developers or engineering teams.
• Use product data to anticipate health signals and expansion opportunities.
• Read a room across founders, technical leads, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue outcomes end to end for a defined book of business.
• Build systems, playbooks, and motions to drive growth across a diverse book.
• Advise on agent design, voice customization, and integration considerations with customers.
• Lead renewals and cross-sell within ElevenLabs' expanding product suite.
