MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Manager to grow and manage strategic relationships with large healthcare payers. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and collaborate with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support to ensure value delivery.

The role focuses on client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, with remote work within the US. A healthcare analytics background and consultative approach are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting in healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of payer landscape including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs, and ACOs.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, understanding objectives and analytics needs.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships within payer organizations.
• Lead regular client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure value realization and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to tailor proposals and strategies.
• Maintain deep understanding of MedInsight's offerings to communicate value.
