MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage strategic payer relationships and drive value realization. You will lead executive-level engagements, shape proposals with Sales and Product teams, and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client success across large healthcare organizations.

The role emphasizes data-driven analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and sustained revenue growth with a focus on health plans and payer entities.

Qualifications

• Level 3: Less than 5 years in enterprise account management; Level 4: 5+ years, ideally within healthcare analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the payer landscape (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs, ACOs).
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and driving satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients and build executive relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals; collaborate on tailored proposals and strategies.
• Act as client advocate, coordinating with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Help translate client analytics needs into MedInsight solutions and guide data-driven insights.
