Job summary

MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage strategic payer client relationships and drive retention and revenue growth. You will partner with Product, Implementation, Engineering and Support, translate client analytics needs into solutions, and lead executive-level engagements across large health plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in enterprise account management, ideally within healthcare analytics or health tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and driving retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients.
• Establish executive-level relationships within payer organizations.
• Lead regular client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to craft tailored proposals and strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of MedInsight's product offerings to communicate value effectively.
• Work with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support on onboarding and issue resolution.
• Provide feedback to guide product enhancements and best practices.
