Qualifications

• Level 3: Less than 5 years in enterprise account management or related.
• Level 4: 5+ years in enterprise account management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients and understand their objectives.
• Lead executive meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure alignment and value realization.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on leveraging MedInsight's analytics tools to support executive strategies.
