Job summary

Milliman seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with large healthcare payers. You will own client retention, revenue growth, and value realization, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders within each account.

Collaborating with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support, you will tailor proposals, translate analytics into actionable insights, and drive adoption of MedInsight solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management or related roles, ideally in healthcare analytics/tech.
• Strong knowledge of payer landscape including MA, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs, ACOs.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for strategic enterprise clients; understand objectives and analytics needs.
• Lead executive-level meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure value realization.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities; collaborate with Sales and Product.
• Translate client analytics needs into solutions and guide cross-functional teams.
