Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first team of SDETs ensuring quality across all products. You will define testing strategy, metrics, and drive CI/CD improvements, with a focus on agentic development workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with product and engineering, and building scalable test solutions for a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in establishing testing strategy and defining quality metrics for SaaS products.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and agentic development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products and communicate data-driven metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement in test automation, CI stability, and root-cause analysis.
• Optimize end-to-end pipelines for quality and velocity in agentic workflows.
• Coach and grow a remote-first team of test engineers.
