Enterprise Electrical in Manor, TX, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with branch managers, executives, and field leadership to drive project strategy and execution across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction, service operations, or related project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or multiple concurrent projects/programs.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L performance including budget development and forecasting.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as primary executive-level contact for clients and stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
• Lead contract strategy and administration, including negotiation and change management.
• Drive financial performance, cost control, and margin protection initiatives.
• Oversee procurement strategy for equipment, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to strengthen organizational capability.
