Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex electrical construction projects, owning schedules, budgets, contracts, and client satisfaction across portfolios. You will partner with Branch Managers and field leadership to develop execution strategies, drive margin performance, manage enterprise risks, and mentor Project Managers to strengthen the organization.

This senior role requires strategic oversight, executive-level client and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects and complex service work.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects ensuring alignment with schedules and financial objectives.
• Own and manage project or portfolio P&L, budgets, forecasting, and risk management.
• Serve as primary executive point of contact for clients and key stakeholders; build long-term relationships.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment, subcontractors, and vendors.
